Randolph Parker

Founder, President and Technical Officer

Randolph “Randy” Parker is the Founder, President and Technical Lead of RP Systems LLC. He brings more than 30 years of experience across avionics, aerospace, telecommunications, RF systems, electronics manufacturing, information technology, engineering support and technical services.

Throughout his career, Randy has led and coordinated complex technical work involving systems testing, troubleshooting, component-level repair, requirements management, validation, quality assurance, process improvement and technical documentation. His experience includes supporting high-reliability and mission-critical environments where precision, safety, compliance and operational readiness are essential. He has also led testing and documentation improvements that reduced manual effort, improved accuracy and strengthened the delivery of technical information.

Through RP Systems, Randy applies his extensive technical and business experience to electronics diagnostics and repair, RF and telecommunications systems, circuit cards, power supplies, aerospace and avionics equipment, computer services, testing, technical documentation and specialized engineering solutions. His practical leadership approach connects technical performance with customer requirements, project schedules, quality standards, cost considerations and long-term equipment sustainment.

Randy is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in Information Systems with a minor in Project Management at Liberty University. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Technical Studies—Electronics and Technology, an Associate of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology and a diploma in Electronics Technology. His professional development also includes FAA Part 145-compliant avionics training, Agile software development, systems-development lifecycle training, MCSE credentials and A+ certification.
